I have to admit ...It's definitely soup season!<br /><br />I have to admit I'm a lazy bum and though I like broad beans (I've a really nice pasta recipe with it, smoked salmon, a bit of cream and some dill - yum) the amount of prep time they take turns me cold. I wonder if anyone has any tips for that?
